M/s. Mineral Oil Corporation is a registered partnership firm manufacturing petroleum specialty and allied products since 1976. One of the partners Dr. B.D.Agrawal Ph.D.(Tech) having 46 years experience of research, development, testing and manufacturing of various petroleum products. He also received entrepreneurship award of Institute of Trade and Industrial Development in 1981 by the Vice President of India. He was also selected by the common wealth secretariat IDU London in 1985 as expert of petroleum lubricants products and the another partner Shri V.C. Agrawal M.Sc. (organic) having 22 years experience of manufacturing of various petroleum products.

Quality

Our laboratory is fully equipped for testing of various lubricants and development of new products .We are manufacturing quality products and also having ISO 9001:2000 registration of development, manufacturing & marking of Transformer oil, Lubricating oil, Greases & Allied products. We have been provided know-how of number of petroleum products by DMSRDE, Kanpur. We have successfully developed Grease BU, Grease Ciatum-221, Grease No. 9 confirming to Gost Specifications. We are regularly supplying various items to Air force, Ordinance Factory, Electricity Boards etc.

Our aim is to manufacture the quality products in order to satisfy customers in respect of Indian and international standards. Our firm is dedicated to manufacture the goods as per demand and specifications. The firm has its own technical staff to check the quality at the time of processing and every batch is tested in the laboratory. The consignment is dispatched after complete quality assurance starting from product to packing material. In brief our motto is to satisfy customers by giving him the quality product of highest order.

It is well known that no firm can survive without having a quality system of modern era. We are trying to achieve all those systems of ISO 9001:2000 in our working and will obtain ISO certificate.

Organization

Above all have ten to fifteen years experience in their working and perform their duties without stretch and strain. Each executive is independent and directly responsible to Dr. B.D.Agrawal and Shri V.C.Agarwal partners of the firm. The test reports are thoroughly examined by them and after satisfying the report the finished goods are packed.

Our firm made all purchases from standard vendors who are quality conscious and also according to their past performance basis. In case of any rejection the material is returned to vendors. As per our policy no rejected stores are kept in the store and returned back to the vendor immediately. Samples of raw materials are drawn at the time of receipt of material by Quality Control incharge/engineer Mr. Manoj Katheria and tested by our laboratory incharge Mr. R.K.Kochar. Test reports are examined and in case of any variation, the material is returned in the same vehicle. Dr. B.D.Agarwal & Shri V.C.Agarwal partners of the firm remains in constant touch with vendors for quality of raw material and before placing the order test reports are submitted by vendors.

It is the policy of our firm to have fortnightly meeting with the Production incharge Mr.C.L.Trivedi, Laboratory incharge Mr.R.K.kochar & Quality control incharge/engineer Mr.Manoj katheria with the partners of firm before setting a new formula for production. Various samples are prepared in laboratory and tested before starting the production of new items. It is necessary to standarise conditions of processing and to establish the correct formula. Finally a pilot sample is made and complete testings of the sample is carried out. If it satisfied the specifications of the products, the master formula is to be finished.

The first batch manufactured as per master formula is critically examined again to avoid any short comings and rejection. All records are kept.
