Industrial Oil

DESCRIPTION -

MINROL CUT-S forms a milky Emulsion with water & contains rust inhibitors to impart anti-rust, anti-corrosion properties and biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has superior Cooling/Cutting with lubricating properties. which minimizes tool wear with excellent surface finish. MINROL CUT- S is normally used in concentration of 5-8 % and for grinding, more dilute emulsion could be used , For stable emulsion, oil should always be added to water with continuos stirring. MINROL CUT-S meets IS: 1115-1991 Specification (Reaffirmded-2002 with bacterial test ) & is recommended for a variety of cutting operations on ferrous & non-ferrous metals..
