DESCRIPTION -
There are two types of MINROL QUENCH. one is without triglyceride and other is with triglyceride MINROL QUENCH -11 (Straight) is manufactured from high viscosity index mineral oils with anti-oxidant . It is clean, homogeneous liquid, free from water, dirt , suspended matter, with good oxidation stability and Excellent fluidity. MINROL QUENCH C-11 (Compounded ) is incorporated with polar additive ( triglyceride) to impart accelerated quenching properties to the oil so as to meet certain specific end use requirements..
Specification
APPLICATION:-
MINROL QUENCH-11 & MINROL QUENCH C-11 are suitable for hardening of a variety of high speed steel tools, ball bearings. This oil is also used for normal quenching operations on a wide variety of steel parts such as nuts, ball bearings, certain types of brake drums etc.
